50+ Super Group

Come along to the Wharenui Swimming Pool for a session of gentle exercise. The 50+ (age) group is friendly and you exercise at your own pace.  Dryland training happens in the Wharenui School hall.  After the exercise class you can go for a swim. The session lasts for 1-1/2 hours, starting at 10 a.m., and afterwards you can have a relaxing cup of tea or coffee and a chat. Improve your fitness in a friendly and social environment.
